Author or co-author of 10 books and more than 130 articles, book chapters and technical reports in these areas. Recent projects: collaboration with the OECD in the establishment of the principles for good governance and the evaluation of the models for water management in Brazil and The Netherlands. Contribution for the elaboration of the National Water Plan of Angola.
